Meet the Team:
The Adlington team of Dean, Pat and Charlotte are waiting to offer a warm welcome to the world of Aga. Dean joined Aga in 2002 and has a passion for cooking on the Aga with breads, cakes and roasted vegetables being his speciality dishes! Sales advisor Pat joined us in 2003 and has become an expert Aga cook, particularly after installing a 2 oven Aga cooker with module in pewter grey. Pat chose the new 13amp electric cooker because of it's flexibility and loves entertaining now that her new 'best friend' in the kitchen does all the hard work. Charlotte  joined the team in July 2008 and is already under the spell of the endlessly versatile Aga having already produced some excellent freshly bakes scones!

In-store Events and Cooker Demonstrations.
Throughout the year we offer a wide variety of informal in-store events and demonstrations designed to 'dispel the myth' and reveal the ease of Aga cooking. Theme demonstrations explore one specific type of cuisine (e.g. Fish, Puddngs, Bread, Preserves) while the more basic 'Day In The Life' introduces new, inherited and potential Aga owners to the hints and tips that ensure the cooker performs exceptionally. We still have limited spaces on the following dates:

MY FIRST AGA CHRISTMAS - Tue 11th November @ 6.30pm
CHRISTMAS ENTERTAINING - Wed 19th November @ 6.30pm
TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS - Wed 3rd December @ 6.30pm
STESS FREE CHRISTMAS - Wed 10th December @ 6.30pm

Local Life - Organic Local Produce between Aga Shop Adlington and Grundy and Neill Organics.
On Wednesday 3rd September The Aga Shop held its Local Life Organic Produce demonstration together with Grundy & Neill Organics based on Halliwell Road Bolton. A butchery Masterclass was followed by a demonstration with Marcia Poole where the natural goodness of organic meats and groceries combined beautifully with the unique cooking properties of the Aga.

All customer agreed the food was delicious and enjoyed hearing how all of the food was grown and sourced. Grundy & Neill in turn were amazed at the cooking space available within the Aga and the endless dishes produced. Below are images of Andrew Grundy, Marcia Poole and William McGrath, Chief Executive of Aga Rangemaster who joined us to celebrate the launch of Aga's Local Life Campaign.

Slam in the lamb! Aga demonstration with Marcia Poole. The lamb did not require foil nor basting, the radient heat of the Aga ovens ensuring all natural godness and flavours remained.

HOME SURVEY:
Want an Aga but don't know if it will fit or what fuel to have?

Why not make an appointment to meet Andy, Mike or Graham, our experienced Area Sales Project Managers, in The Aga Shop to discuss site requirements and to look at site plans. They all have many years experience of selling and installing Aga products and can advise on the fuel, flue and model that will be ideal to fulfil your requirements. Following placement of order for your Aga, our project manager will then visit your home to offer the unique project managing service that you would expect from Aga. Each survey lasts up to 1 hour and is designed to answer all of your technical queries with regards to fitting an Aga Heat Storage, S-Series, Refrigerator or Rayburn Cookmaster.

Customers looking at the Rayburn Heatranger models will be directed to members of the Rayburn Guild, a list of Corgi and Oftec registered independent heating engineers who are authorised to work on and install Rayburn products. Please note that some engineers may charge for Heatranger surveys. Solid Fuel Heatranger customers will need to source a qualified HETAS registered heating engineer.
