This compact shop hides a wealth of Aga goodies. On display are Aga cookers (modern and traditional) alongside refrigeration units and cookware. Why not book on to one of the many cookery Demonstrations held in the shop. These cover every aspect of Aga cookery and are themed or just basic ‘How to Cook’ evenings. Prices vary and the evenings are well attended, so prior booking is essential. Alongside the Aga, Aga cookware and gifts nestle items from Fired Earth, which offers exquisite tiles, and Bastide and Shaker kitchens to compliment Aga cookers and create the quintessential English kitchen style.

Love Local Life

The Aga Shop Sheffield was the talk of the town on the 20th September, as we celebrated the best of what our area has to offer.

From fantastic, independant local producers, to creating awareness in protecting our beautiful countryside - the day was packed with activity. Aga demonstrator, Sue Dunleavy did a great job of creating some scrumptious treat on our Aga. We also prepared a delicious variety of finger-foods including: mini quiches, cinnamon toast and drop scones with ice cream - all to warmly welcome our visitors to our store!

Many of the dishes cooked on the day made use of the fine locally produced ingredients in our area. Succulent roast lamb and lamb sausages were supplied by Whitelow Herdwick; creamy ice-cream from Our Cow Molly and fresh fruit and veg from The Wild Star Food Company. Local charity, Friends of the Peak also joined in with our festivities and provided useful information to our visitors about the importance of protecting our beautiful surrounding landscape.

All out visitors agreed that the day was very enjoyable and they look forward to attending our other future events.

About Our Store

You can be sure of a warm welcome at the Aga Shop Sheffield, situated on the famous Ecclesall Road. We have a range of Aga appliances on display including our live 4 oven claret Aga used to produce an array of amazing dishes at our regular cookery demonstrations.

The Dedicated Team at the Sheffield Shop are:

Manager Anne, owner of an oil fired Aga and many Fired Earth Products. She has just finished renovating an old Sporting lodge originally belonging to the Duke of Norfolk. She is the proud owner (mostly) of 3 spaniels and a rabbit. She loves gardening and tinkering with her 1959 Landrover. The latest addition to the family is a chocolate coloured spaniel called Cadbury who is practicing for the high jump, well high enough to leave a muddy paw print on the front of a white shirt required that day. Anne says it was not too bad though as a quick wash and dry above the Aga meant that within an hour the shirt was ready to be worn.

Gloria, is the longest serving member of the team. She has an amazing knowledge on all Aga products. Now a very proud Grandma to 3 tots from 1 to 5 years of age, Gloria enjoys cooking  reading and babysitting.

Mandy was a customer long before she became a valued member of the team. She bought a 4 oven Aga from Gloria in 1996 and just couldn’t keep away!! A fabulous cook who treats her friends to regular dinner parties, Mandy lives in an idyllic village with it’s own brewary.

Josie is the newest member of the team and is an Aga-nut already! Her background is in hotel ad pub management so moving accross to Aga has been an easy transition.
